03 / WHERE TO FIND IT
Rocky Mountain Bride covers weddings across Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, Alberta and British Columbia. Mountain West Bride extends that coverage to Arizona and Nevada. Regional issues reach readers in their home states and selected markets beyond them, including neighboring states and Barnes & Noble destination locations. That placement helps connect couples with wedding destinations while they are still choosing where to celebrate. Canada issues focus on Alberta and British Columbia stories and are distributed across Canada. National Volume 12 and Getaways Volume 2 reach readers across the U.S. and Canada. Store allocations vary by issue.
Selected stockists across the publication collection:
Additional stockists across the lineup include Albertsons, Books-A-Million, City Market, Fred Meyer, Hallmark, King Soopers, London Drugs, QFC, Safeway, Save-On-Foods, Walmart and WinCo Foods.
Issues also reach independent bookstores, select U.S. airports, British Columbia ferry terminals and partner storefronts such as bridal shops and venues.
Logos represent select stockists across the collection, not guaranteed placement for every title or market. Allocations vary by issue.
THE CASE FOR PRINT
72% sell-through.
National Volume 11 sold through 72% of its Barnes & Noble allocation, according to RMB retail reporting.
Print remains part of how readers discover stories: 30% of U.S. adults say they read a print magazine at least monthly. Our issues meet couples in the destinations they are exploring, then remain available to read online.

Biannual totals combine Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter issues; other titles show a single issue. Timing and distribution are subject to change.

Yes. U.S. regional titles also reach surrounding states, and Barnes & Noble carries each regional magazine in select destination markets. The Canada issues focus on Alberta and British Columbia editorial content while distributing across Canada. Exact store allocations vary by issue.
Issues are available on digital newsstands including Readly and PressReader. After 60 days on newsstands, readers can access them for free on Issuu and rockymountainbride.com, without creating an account.
Yes. We can build a proposal around multiple print issues, digital advertising, directory membership and other available opportunities. View published reference rates or email us for current availability and package pricing.
The Vendor Collective offers an online profile for wedding professionals. The Venue Collective pairs a vendor-style venue profile with a listing in the searchable Venue Directory. The pricing examples show live profiles and link to each membership page.
A sponsored article is a brand-focused story on rockymountainbride.com. We can research relevant search topics with you and develop an angle that serves readers and your goals. Assets, links, approval steps and any promotion are confirmed in your proposal; search rankings are not guaranteed. See a published article example. Social coverage is a separate package item in the 2026 rate card.
There are different entry points, from a Vendor Collective profile or sponsored article to a print placement or multi-title campaign. Share a budget range and your priorities, and we can recommend options that fit.
Yes. A campaign can focus on relevant regional titles, use National or Getaways for wider distribution, or combine markets and channels. Tell us the destinations and audiences you want to reach so we can build a proposal around them.
We research relevant search interests and discuss your brand’s goals, expertise and available imagery before choosing an angle. The resulting article should be useful to couples as well as relevant to your business. We cannot guarantee a search ranking or a set number of leads.
Reporting depends on the placement and platform. For articles and directory profiles, we can discuss available page views and link activity; for email, sends and clicks; and for social, views, reach and interactions. Print reporting may include distribution and available retail sell-through data. We will confirm the measures and reporting period for your specific package before it runs.
A dedicated URL, QR code, booking code or inquiry question can help you identify responses from an issue. We can plan one with your team before artwork is finalized. It will capture measurable actions, though it cannot account for every reader who sees the ad or later contacts you another way.
Production schedules and premium positions vary by issue. Reach out early if you have a specific date, market or cover position in mind, and we will share current availability, reservation deadlines and artwork requirements.
A rough budget range, the markets or audiences you want to reach, your campaign timing and the action you hope couples will take are enough to start. We can talk through print, digital and directory options from there.
Ask us about cover positions and other premium placements when you request availability. The 2026 media kit allows agreed payment plans with a 5% processing fee. Production dates, artwork specifications and payment terms are confirmed with each proposal.
A regional issue reaches couples actively looking for wedding ideas and professionals in a particular destination. The magazines also circulate beyond their home markets, helping advertisers reach local and destination couples. Browse each title’s distribution details on the publications page.
Print gives couples a physical issue to keep and revisit while they plan. It can work alongside an online profile, article or other digital placement to give readers more than one way to discover your business.
Many couples plan well ahead. A campaign can introduce your venue to people considering future dates and keep it visible as they research options. We can suggest timing and placements around the seasons you want to fill.
